Will my order include envelopes, or do I have to purchase them separately?

All orders will include envelopes. You do not need to purchase them separately.

Can you print the return address on the envelopes?
|
|
We do not print the return address on the envelopes. Most envelopes are not printer friendly. Unfortunately the quality of the print does not meet our standards.

Do you sell blank announcement cards?
|
|
At this time we do not offer blank announcements. We are more than happy to print announcements with your personalized information for you.

What type of card stock do you use?
|
|
All of our designs, even photo announcements, are printed on 80 lbs. card stock, or higher. This card stock is thicker than most, and has a matte finish. We do not print any of our designs on glossy photo paper.

Do you offer any discounts on large orders?
|
|
At this time we do offer Free shipping on orders of $70.00 or more. For orders over 400 items, please contact our Customer Service Department for a special discount.

Can you mail me a sample of a design I like?
|
|
If you are interested in a particular design, but are unsure of the quality of the paper and printing, we are happy to mail you a free sample. Please limit your selection to no more than 3 designs.

What type of file should my photo be when I upload it?
|
|
Our website accepts four types of photo files. JPEG, TIF, BMP, and PNG. If your photo is not one of these types of files, it may not upload properly.

Do you ship International?
|
|
Yes. Our international Shipping charge is 29.95 for International Priority. Any taxes duties or fees are responsibility of the customer. For some countries there may be an additional shipping change. If this is the case for your order you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Do you have a retail store front?
|

No we do not have a store front. However, if you live in the area and would like to save on shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange a pick up date and time.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?
|

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after placing the order. If it takes longer to ship your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service representatives.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service.
|

How long will shipping take?
|
|
Priority mail usually takes about 2-4 business days. Some further regions, and rural areas may take up to 5 business days. Express mail is usually an overnight delivery. However, for some further regions, and rural areas Express mail may take an extra day to arrive. We cannot guarantee that every Express mail order will arrive next day after the order has shipped.
